Wash & Fold Laundry Service
Wash & Fold Service
We wash your clothes and fold them neatly.
Just put your laundry in our special bag and zip it closed.
Price: 3,000 yen per bag + pickup/delivery fee
* We do not provide ironing.
Bag Size
- Same size as a 40-liter plastic bag
- About the same as two hotel laundry bags (approx. 40 × 50 cm each)
- Fits about 8 kg of laundry
- If your laundry exceeds one bag, the extra amount will be charged at 500 yen per kilogram (tax included)

Laundry Service Terms & Conditions
Please read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before requesting.
1. General Policy
- No Ironing Service: We do not provide ironing services.
- Extra Charges: Please note that any laundry exceeding the one-bag limit is subject to an extra charge of 500 yen per kg (tax incl.). If we find that your laundry exceeds this limit after pick-up, we will notify you before proceeding.
- Privacy & Hygiene: Each bag is processed separately using sanitized washers and dryers; your laundry will never be mixed with other customers' items. For your privacy, we do not inspect individual items.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Liability
- Pocket Contents: Please check all pockets before hand-over. We accept no liability for damage or loss of items left in pockets.
- Stains: We cannot compensate for stains caused by items left in pockets, such as ink from stamps or pens.
- Wear & Tear: We are not liable for any fraying, discoloration, shrinkage, or deterioration of tags and logos that may occur during the normal washing and drying process.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted. We accept no responsibility for damage to these items if they are included in your laundry bag:
- Leather, silk, or wool products.
- Pure wool blankets, electric blankets, long-pile blankets (pile length over 10mm), and carpet covers.
- Heavy floor mats or rugs.
- Diapers, pet supplies, items with pet hair, extremely soiled items, or items with bodily fluids.
- Items labeled "Do Not Tumble Dry," "Hang Dry," "Dry Flat," or "Dry Clean Only."
- Items with special coatings, resin/adhesive processing, or embossed patterns.
- Items prone to extreme shrinkage or color bleeding.
- Items requiring professional disinfection.

Payment
Once the date, time, and laundry volume are confirmed, we will send you a quote and a credit card payment
link. After that, we will pick up your laundry.
Please note that an additional fee may apply if the volume exceeds the expected amount.
